We grant Visitors and Users access to our platform subject to the following Terms & Conditions, which may be updated by us at any time without notice. By using the platform or browsing the public areas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms. Please do not use the platform if you do not agree to any of these terms.

Description of Services

We grant Visitors and Users access to the platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Visitors: Visitors are people who want to browse and learn more about our services. Visitors can (a) view all publicly accessible content and (b) contact us via email.
  • Users: Users can do everything Visitors can do, plus (a) enter into transactions; (b) participate in our promotional offers; (c) sign up for alerts and notifications; and (d) post comments, reviews, pictures, and other content (collectively, "User Content").

Terms of Service

  • All items purchased will be replaced only if they have manufacturing flaws.
  • This warranty excludes neglect and abuse, normal wear and tear, and stone loss.
  • Replacement is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Restrictions

Individuals must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By accessing and using the platform, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years old; (ii) you are the actual, legal owner of the items you are attempting to sell or exchange; and (iii) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other party.

Lost Property

If you send us items without a completed customer form, we may not be able to identify you as the sender unless you include your name and address on the package. If we cannot identify you as the sender, the items will be classified as lost property and kept in a secure location for six (6) months. Customers claiming items must provide a complete and detailed description before an offer is made. If items have been held for more than three (3) months, a deduction will be made from the payment to cover storage and administration costs.

Counterfeit Items

If we are unable to verify the authenticity of your item(s), we will be unable to insure them for a return trip as our insurance would be invalid. If you provide shipping instructions, we will return them. If we imported the item and paid the duty, we will require reimbursement for the duty paid before shipping your item back to you.

The platform may include links to third-party websites ("External Sites"). These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not constitute our endorsement of their content. We are not responsible for the content of any externally linked sites and make no representations about the accuracy of materials on such sites.

Termination of Agreement

Orgaune reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to the platform without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the platform at any time.
