Avoid exposure to extreme heat or humidity, as these can cause tarnishing. Wearing your jewelry regularly actually helps reduce oxidation — and when not in use, keep it in a cool, dry, and dark place.

Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are accepted for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you need to replace an item with an identical piece, please reach out to our team at hello@orgaune.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do I know my diamond is certified?

Every diamond piece at Orgaune comes with an IGI certificate, guaranteeing the quality, cut, and authenticity of your stone. Your certificate details are included with your order.

How will my order be packaged?

What is your return policy?
