Can be exchanged either for gold or diamond jewellery, or a gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the jewellery. In all cases, only one-time exchange is allowed.

Diamond Jewellery

Can be exchanged either for diamond jewellery, or a diamond gift voucher equal to the invoice amount of the jewellery. In all cases, only one-time exchange is allowed.

After 15 Days Until 1 Year of Purchase Date

Gold Jewellery

Can be exchanged either for gold, diamond jewellery, or a gift voucher. Gold will be calculated on the prevailing market price on the date of exchange after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights, and any other non-gold components.

Diamond Jewellery

Can be exchanged for diamond jewellery only after deduction of remodeling cost not exceeding 25% of the original invoice amount of the jewellery purchased earlier. The value of the selected diamond jewellery should be more than the value of the jewellery for exchange.

After 1 Year of Purchase Date

Can be exchanged for diamond jewellery after valuation of the old jewellery according to the market value of the material content. The value of the selected diamond jewellery should be more than the value of the jewellery for exchange.

General Terms & Conditions

The below terms and conditions are considered an integral part of the Orgaune Exchange Policy. Orgaune reserves the right to refuse to replace goods in the event that the conditions for each item are not met unconditionally.

• Exchange or upgrade of jewellery is only permitted upon presentation of the original Orgaune purchase invoice, or any other valid proof of purchase.
• Jewellery can be exchanged only once within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item to be exchanged is in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
• For all types of exchanges, if any damages or missing components are found in the jewellery, it is subject to Orgaune's internal valuation and applicable deductions (if any) against the new purchase.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or exchanged, the goods can be returned and refunded within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• If Orgaune exclusively agrees to the return of goods, all expenses related to the purchase including credit card charges will be deducted from the refund.
• This Orgaune Exchange Policy is not applicable for customized or made-to-order jewellery.
• This Orgaune Exchange Policy excludes watch brands. Each watch brand is subject to its own manufacturer's warranty.
• Exchange is only permitted in the same country of purchase.
• Jewellery is not exchangeable against gold bars.

Customer Orders

• If a customer makes an advance payment by card, the card transaction charge will be deducted at the time of cancellation.
• The customer must bring the original payment voucher to refund the advance payment.
